Inquiry from people who learned from Muhammad Husayn Khan Sardar ‘Ashayir [Nuzhat al-Dawlah's second husband] that Nuzhat al-Dawlah had included the villages of Sis and Malikzadah in her will and their testimony in two documents dated June 8, 1931 and June 18, 1931; a document, dated June 16, 1931, confirming Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will regarding the villages of Sis and Malikzadah.

The writer suggests sowing the piece of land in the Sis village instead of building a house and discusses: sending flour, sowing barley, distributing wheat among the peasants, hiring a new gardener for the village of Yangajah, the stipends for the stewards and other workers, the issue about Hamzah, the petition by Turkman peasants and helping the poor, the delivery of the flour and the situation with Haji ‘Ali Ghulamluyi, the peasants' requests for wheat, and the request by the writer's brother, Najafquli.

‘Aliyah Khanum's affidavit, 1931
‘Aliyah Khanum asks for the testimony of the people who have knowledge of her father Haji Isma‘il Aqa ‘Arab's belongings. She wants their testimony regarding Haji Isma‘il's partnership with his brother, Haji Muhammad Husayn ‘Arab, who is now in possession of Haji Isma‘il's inheritance after his death, and lists the following as her father's seven inheritors: Zahra Khanum, Taj Khanum, ‘Aliyah Khanum, Sakinah Khanum, Ahmad Aqa, ‘Ali Aqa, and Muhammad Baqir.

The writer explains why Nuzhat al-Dawlah did not receive the letter s/he had sent from Marand to Malikzadah and discusses the dispute between Mahdikhan, the steward for Qarajah, and the peasants of Kashk Saray over land demarcations, the putting up of signs, the Jamah Buzurgi village, and the grains from Kashk Saray.
